How did I get here? I entered the real estate world in 2017 as an eager agent after years of being in Customer Service and Sales. When I was brand new,  I joined the same brokerage as my cousin. It was a low-fee pay-per-transaction broker, which meant it didn't come with any training or support. I had all these ideas, like a buyer presentation, which I later learned was common and called a buyer consultation, but I learned this after I made the switch to Keller Williams.

After a year of selling Real Estate in New Mexico, I moved to Michigan, and I shifted my focus to mastering the transactional side of real estate and understanding the documents and processes involved. I later became a sales manager, training agents with the basics needed in our industry. The training you think you are getting when you are getting licensed, but you don't. I became passionate and knew I needed to create a program to help guide agents through the industry to lead with their hearts and with strategy.
